Hi, my name is Cala and I have two children named Charlie and Angelo. They are my purpose for everything I do in life. Our free time has always consisted of fun activities with our own dogs, so I decided three years ago to turn this into a full-time gig for us. We like to go on hikes, and walks, and to spend time by the water. My love for dogs started by always being around them growing up. I had my own dog as a kid and then started watching family and friend’s dogs as a teenager and young adult. I am excited to make this into a thriving career for my family and I.

Hi, my name is Cora. I graduated from the veterinary practices program at BOCES in 2023. I found my true love for animal care when I got to watch a dog that belonged to the SPCA of Jefferson County be spayed. I fell in love with her and later adopted her. I am forever grateful for the years I have had with my dog Marble and in my free time enjoy taking her for hikes and other adventures like the beach.

Hi, my name is Korinthia but you can call me Kori! I am 23 years old and ever since I can remember, I’ve wanted to work with animals. In high school, I went to Boces for Vet Practices. Once I graduated, I went to Jefferson Community College and got my Associates Degree through the Zoo Technology Program. Working with animals gives me a great sense of fulfillment and pride knowing that I am able to make a difference in their lives. I currently have two dogs. Russell, now 4, is a Pit Bull that we rescued from Dog Control and is a certified couch potato. And Riley, a Husky Mix who just turned 2 that loves to play outside and hunt for bugs

Hi ! I’m Cheryl - TEACHIN’ BEACHIN’ JEEPIN’- My life motto! A little about myself. I’m a third-grade teacher. When I am not at school, I am a mom to a 3-year-old mini Saint Bernadoodle named Harly James. He loves jeepin and golf cart rides just as much as I do. I love camping and enjoying the view of Lake Ontario by golf cart. I enjoy watching NASCAR, hockey, and lacrosse games. Florida is a second home for me every April Break.

Hi! I’m Syd. I’m currently a student at Jefferson Community College studying Criminal Justice and plan to transfer to SUNY Plattsburgh next year. I went to Bohlen Technical Center for Veterinarian practices thinking I wanted to be a vet. Come to find out I only joined because I love animals. So, I am very grateful for this opportunity to care for your fur babies.

Hi, my name is Keira. I am a dog mom to 3 labs and 1 cat. My fur babies are my whole world, and I enjoy taking them to the beach and to play. I have loved animals my whole life and enjoy taking care of all types of pets. In my spare time, I like to hang out on the river and craft.

Hi, my name is Logan! I’ve always had a strong passion for working with animals which led me to graduate from the BOCES Veterinary Practices program in 2023. I furthered my passion for animal care as a pet sitter and dog walker over the past few years. I have 2 labradoodles named Coco and Bella and they are my whole world! In my spare time I love to travel and go on hikes with my dogs.

Hi, I’m Makaylynn! I have one dog Cataleya, and two cats Puma and Dipper! Growing up I’ve always had at least one pet in the house, and pet sat for family and friends whenever I could. I graduated high school a year early and quickly went into the working world and after a few trial and errors I found something I truly love doing! The pride that comes from helping owners know their babies are happy, clean, and well loved/taken care of is like nothing else!
